I don't get it. how do you plan to receive a "KYC-free" card when you have to provide an address+phone for delivery plus the courier wants your signature and does not just drop the card into the postbox so you can not use a random abandoned house in the neighborhood.

I've seen many good reviews about them but did not try personally because they have very high fees and still require KYC if you want to get a multi-use card.
Paywithmoon.com virtual card 1% topup fee + 1% transaction fee. 4000 usd a month limit no kyc. And the card is free .
But for how long have you been using them ?
and yes the trust pilot does not look very good neither, I'm aware of that you can't trust what you read on TrustPilot but still.
