maybe your documents looked fake or the scans you made looked not real!

notarized documents have been normal in the past for company formation, didn't see it before for EMI account opening, anyway, not hard to put the docs in an envelope and send it with Fedex.

Hi @dany !
Wallester is not an EMI, however, it is more than just card issuing.
We're a financial institution that specializes in innovative digital financial solutions and card issuance.
It means that we provide a full scope of finance services stretching from White-Label Solution with Embedded Finance to Corporate Expense Management solution.

Dear Wallester team,
Thank you so much for your clarification. Yes, if both first and third-party transfers can be received, that's fine.
Now, as I had written previously, a couple of weeks ago, I sent you an e-mail with just a handful of basic questions
in order to figure out if you had a suitable standard solution for me (I didn't have the above information yet).
I didn't get any answer so far. Was that an accident or you don't answer e-mails at all ? TNX!
Hey @GF150, I hope you’ve received a response by now. If not, please send a brief message to [email protected] with details on how we can identify your case, and we’ll check it on our side.
Thank you.

Have you finally lifted the ban on loading Revolut and other apps with the card? I had an account back in the day but I think it was closed because I didn't update the KYC (as I had lost my phone number used to open the account). But it might be worth it to look at it again if you allow SEPA-IN and Loading Revolut etc. with it.
Hi @lagloriacubana!
yes, we allow SEPA-in now, still not SEPA-out - we will keep you and the community updated.
If you'd like to open a new account or reopen your old one, kindly use this link , we'll solve the case for you.
Thanks!

So I did five days ago. Sadly, I wasn't more successful than the first time. Something is definitely wrong with Wallester's communication. Otherwise, could I be the only one not getting a reply ?
