  Thanks. Interesting offer, but my plans are quite vague at the moment. I will let you know. Good to hear about the neighbour's permission. Why Timisoara? It is closer to central Europe for sure. I am leaning towards Brasov or Bucharest.

  Hi, what you said is correct, apart the neighbors permission which is no longer required as far as I know. If you like we can rent an apartment together in Timisoara possibly and share the expenses. Otherwise next week i will rent a small one (basically a studio) for less than 200€ just for myself
