Hey anyone might have EMI / Bank recommendations for a german registered company, with a owner living in germany but having only a romanian passport/national id card, should be free if possible, currently doing a transfer of ownership of a Vivid Money Bank account after a company sale so that option is already be tested right now, but looking for other alternatives should be german IBAN if possible

You got Bunq I suppose but its not free.

I think they are quite a lot of EMIs open to you. In terms of banks, they mainly cost money. What do you need it for? Du you need stuff like SEPA (B2B) Direct Debit from your account or even be able to charge others? It just receive/send domestic?

What's wrong in this situation with Wise, does not cost any money!
Sometimes a real bank account has some advantages. But OP being in Germany with a German company should be able to open accounts with pretty much all banks. The main problem is that none of them are free, hence just use EMIs. You won't be able to do SEPA B2B Direct Debit most likely, something some tax agencies insist on for like VAT payments.

If you live in Germany and have a registered German company, you can get a bank account anywhere. You just need to visit a bank, schedule a meeting, or ask them about the requirements. It's not a problem, I did it myself a few years ago.
