Are you selling it or something? Not sure why you're shilling it?
I don't sell it, but can only say I have been part of the mentor group gold for a very long time. It's one of the best things around here for fast response as well as advanced business structures.

If you didn't get response you may have made something wrong, you could as well reach out to people which MG Gold makes possible.

Don't turn this into a discussion about Mentor group gold - stick to the topic, I wonder why @JohnLocke didn't cleaned the thread already!

Did you deal with Paycly at all? At first glance they seemed to be run by the same people as webpays. They mentioned a Chinese bank to me. It seemed sketchy at the time so I never moved forward.

I tried going through the entire application process with them, just to find my self fooled into business conditions I couldn't work with. They also work unprofessional in my eyes.

They had 4 weeks delay in the payout and 20% holdback which is totally unacceptable!

Treat Webpays a bit like Ebola.
Are there other, better payment service providers?

I have found the following website. certainly interesting for one or the other, but rather the big providers in the process

https://www.g2.com/categories/payment-gateways?utf8=✓&order=g2_score
Also, a slightly older article on Offshore and High Risk Payment Processor. What do you think about this:

Webpays is run by a BVI-based company. If you work in high-risk areas, I would say these are exactly the types of people you SHOULD work with. All the other processors can shut you down without warning at any time. Speaking from 30 years experience in this business.

We are considering Webpays as one solution for a new project.

Avoid webpays like the black death. The operate a Wordpress site that has a WRAPPER around fake products that then pass your processing to STRIPE! You won't receive anything from these scammers.

Do you have personal experience with them or read about it?

what a nice share, thanks alot for it.

The only review you can find for this payment processor is this thread. TrustPilot has zero valid reviews, no surprise.

They are used by some firms that don't do high risk but which are reputable, they are from Netherlands, at least their whois show that country.

What stick in my eyes are the WHOIS PRIVACY, that's not normal for a payment processor that need to comply with the card associations rules. It should be perfectly visible who owns the domain.

Next thing that is not compliant is there are no contact details, company details or something that can legitimate their operation.

Finally I can't find them on the Visa.com vendor list at all, which means they either operate under another name or are not compliant, if it is the latter, you don't want to touch them at all.
may not be worth the try if you can't find valid good reviews about them. I was to fill their application until I found this thread.
