Maybe it’s a noob question

My family owns multiple Airbnb’s across europe
One of them is under my name, in the same country where I reside.

All of them do only short term rentals and some of them we sporadically use as second home for a few weeks or months during the year.

I plan to move to Bali by the end of next year and setup there my residency and centre of interest there, by buying a house there, which I also plan to rent on airbnb for the summer months; when I’m going to be in Europe.

Given that my parents are getting old and my cousins want to transfer the Airbnb’s on me: how should I setup a structure to legally own and manage them and avoid tax troubles ?

I thought about moving all of them into a holding or a trust and then have a local estate agency in each respective country, to rent and manage them for me

Any thoughts ?

Bureaucracy is not easy to navigate there, same as in Thailand.

I recommend you talk with a foreigner lawyer/law firm with a local presence so you also dont get lost in translation. Even if they are more expensive than their local counterparts.
Would you recommend any ?

Is there also a place where I could get more updated and reputable info on the topic ?
