So I opened a Paypal account on my UAE Freezone company (IFZA freezone),
a few days later I get this notification in my mailbox:

I asked Paypal for help on Twitter, this was their response:

Does anyone know what might have caused this? Or does anyone know how to fix this?
When opening the account, I put my Belgian phone number in, maybe that's the reason?
