Xapo strange transaction, someone knows?

I have a xapo.com debit card for some of my bitcoins. After reading a little I found out that I can add it to my PayPal account to pay for servvices.

I paid 1400 euro to a guy from the bitcoin balance on this debit card, PayPal completed the transaction so the money is withdrawn in my Xapo account, but I got the below strange e-mail:

Your transaction at PAYPAL *XXXXXX has been declined due to insufficient funds.

The current available balance in your main wallet is EUR 1,643.11. Remember that this wallet balance must cover the full transaction amount, plus any spending and ATM fees that may apply.

Why?

1. Only your main wallet balance in bitcoin can be used for the Debit Card.

2. Only confirmed bitcoin transfers into your wallet count towards your available balance

What you think I should do? has anyone else seen this before?

Wait to see if they reverse the transaction if they do, it is the most shitty service I have seen. I must say, I have had no problems so far with their debit card and ATM withdrawals!

All went out to be fine. no problems was just a strange error in their system.
