2 part question. I was thinking of typing out the whole background for my question but I figured just to ask directly what's everyone's opinions are.
What is the best place to incorporate that is cheap, easy and has relatively less headaches when it comes to maintenance with preferably high amount of legal protection (although the last point being secondary in importance). Basically it'll be a shell company , it'll have a website and we will list the products and services that we provide. The services will be provided onsite but the transactions and payments on that website will be processed by and paid to an LLC in USA.
Would like to know if anyone has any input on my plan and what they think about it.
