Withdrawal from kraken to bank not received as usual!

Yesterday, I made a transfer from Kraken to my bank, something I’ve done hundreds of times before. The amount was around 2,500 EUR. Normally, when I use Clear Junction, the money arrives within a few minutes, or at most, 2 hours. However, it’s now been 12 hours, and I still haven’t received it.

To test if something was wrong, I made a new transfer of 500 EUR, and it arrived within 5 minutes. Then I made another transfer of 1,500 EUR, and that also arrived within 5 minutes!

What do you think could be the issue with Kraken and the first transfer of nearly 2,500 EUR?

did you reach out to the kraken support? they are usually very helpful.

yes they said it can take up to 5 days and it was not unusual that you can receive withdrawal faster you make after that one which didn't arrived yes!

I asked them if it was lost, they said wait up to 5 days it is not lost!

Now I ask my self why the hell should it take 5 days while all other arrive after 5 minutes ???

Relax. It happens. Your are dealing with banks. Be surprised it has always worked so smoothly until now.

If the later ones were smaller than the lost one, it is possible that bank has set some kind of filter for your incoming payments. It is far more probable than anything else.
To make sure, you can ask your bank.

Indeed you may ask their support, we do it almost everyday without the slightest delay. Maybe the have been some technical problems.
