**Hey everyone,**

I'm in a bit of a bind and could use some advice. I run a UK-registered Ltd specializing in mobile app development, but I'm not a UK resident. Recently, Wise (TransferWise) miscategorized our app as a game of chance, which it isn't, and despite multiple attempts to resolve this with their support, I've hit a dead end.

I'm now looking for an alternative business bank account that accepts non-UK residents. The revenue we're dealing with is not much around $1,500 per month.

Does anyone have experience with an EMI or Neobank that handles lower volume transactions (around $1,500/month) without much hassle? I'm particularly interested in accounts that support EUR / USD transactions.

Additionally, if anyone has recommendations for legal advice in this field , as I’ve been running into issues along the way with multiple ad networks ( Admob , Facebook…) as we get miscategorised Everytime I checked and double checked that we don’t violate any laws regarding game of chance or gambling as our app or products simply doesn’t fall under that category . I'd greatly appreciate it.

Thanks in advance for any insights or suggestions!

As for EMI providers there are plenty of options depending on where you reside, but I can't really recommend any specific names as I have little knowledge about this (I'm currently moving away from high tax EU country and looking for the most suitable provider myself). So I leave it up to others to come up with suggestions (which I'll happily look into myself).

However as for Facebook I would like to advise you the following: contact their support.

Support at Facebook is subpar but it exists. The chat button is a bit hidden but with a good search you should be able to find it, it can only be clicked during the day when people are working. Try to explain your story to them and see what they'll say.

Also, everyone who advertises and spends money has their 'own' agent with Meta Pro. Not to be confused with big spenders who actually have their own dedicated manager. They have little power but they are there to answer your questions or help you out when it comes to advertising. It can work to your advantage to befriend these people, they don't have a lot of power but are able to push some buttons every now and then. It's a bit hit or miss but tell them what problems you're running into. They can escalate the case to technical staff. Your pro agent is not reachable via the regular support chat but via the 'Meta pro' text field when you click on your advertising account, it should pop up somewhere. Definitely worth a try.

Thank you @Aetherial for your input , regarding your comment on Facebook it's not meta ads what's i am having an issue with , but instead it's their ad network , I've been having with major ad networks in mobile advertising because once they classify you as something they usually don't hear you out or read through your complaints unless you are making the big bucks . that's why i need legal advice to settle this once and for all .
