**Hey everyone,**
I'm in a bit of a bind and could use some advice. I run a UK-registered Ltd specializing in mobile app development, but I'm not a UK resident. Recently, Wise (TransferWise) miscategorized our app as a game of chance, which it isn't, and despite multiple attempts to resolve this with their support, I've hit a dead end.
I'm now looking for an alternative business bank account that accepts non-UK residents. The revenue we're dealing with is not much around $1,500 per month.
Does anyone have experience with an EMI or Neobank that handles lower volume transactions (around $1,500/month) without much hassle? I'm particularly interested in accounts that support EUR / USD transactions.
Additionally, if anyone has recommendations for legal advice in this field , as I’ve been running into issues along the way with multiple ad networks ( Admob , Facebook…) as we get miscategorised Everytime I checked and double checked that we don’t violate any laws regarding game of chance or gambling as our app or products simply doesn’t fall under that category . I'd greatly appreciate it.
Thanks in advance for any insights or suggestions!
