White, Black & Gray... Lists for EU

Hello to everyone,
We often listen that X country is the gray list for Europe etc, but finally as a newbie I realize that there more than one lists.
So far I found those two.

Can someone write (and let's concentrate here) all the lists that one has to check to confirm that the company country is as white as possible with EU ?
