which country for company selling seytoy via web and amazon

I live in Italy.
I would like to open a company to sell sexy toys in Europe, via dropshipping from European companies (Spain, Holland, Germany), at the moment I don't foresee Chinese suppliers.
I also sell through my website and Amazon only for some products.
I ask which country do you think is best for creating societies and which countries would work best
