Dear Sir,

I would like to buy property using bitcoin.
Where and how to buy one ?
Can you suggest any website or service that can I contact ?
In legal way not any wrong doing.
By following all government Rules and regulation.
I find Dubai,UAE , But when I research in Detail . I find very risky in Dubai.
Can you suggest any other place ?

Thanks

Panama. Some real estate agents will take it if you ask. The best is going there in person which is hard these days

You can not use crypto as a currency in UAE but developers have in house systems to accept crypto. They will convert to cash in real time in front of you. Sign docs give you a receipt and you will get your title deed in about 48 hours.

If is all legal, I think easiest way will be liquidating the cryptos first and then with fiat you go and buy the property. I have a real estate agency in Chile and we accept cyptos but is not that easy to buy there as a foreigner because you will need to match some criteria from the government first (getting a tax id, have a representing person, etc).

Another option you could take is buying security tokens from business that tokenize Real Estate, that will be the easiest way but you will need to pick a business you can trust (better if owners of the company are public so they don't have anything to hide)

First option you may run into AML issues in certain jurisdictions. UAE not so much but UK definitely.

Then I guess UK is a pain in the a*s, here in Chile we can liquidate 100k in coins at once if we have proof of everything
Yes the problem comes when the sellers solicitors asks for the proof and history of funds. If he is not happy with it he will report it and then your fucked.

That is the problem, gotta be creative about it. Alternatively, you might create a buying plan over 2 years or so...
