Where am I liable for tax payments?

Hi.
Let's assume i own a UK Limited Company but I live and work in another EU country.

Is it correct to assume that if the work I do as an employee of the company is carried out in the UK, I will only be liable for UK taxes.
And if the work is carried out in the other EU country, then I will be liable for tax payments in that EU country.

Would be great to know :).
 
The UK company is tax resident in both the UK and wherever you live. It can be non-resident for tax purposes only under a double taxation treaty, which you would have to invoke. It can be quite a lot of extra work with no clear benefits, unless you absolutely need a UK company for some reason.

If you are an employee of the company, you will probably need to also pay income tax (and social contributions) where you live. This depends on where exactly you are and what the local law says.
