What's about the FATCA and European clients?

I just got informed by a recognized bank that do to FATCA regulations they can't accept my business!!


What's this about I had the understanding it was US citizens only and I'm from Europe?

It's only for US citizens not for European's - you may ask them if they actually know where your citizens.
