You can use nominee directors, nominee shareholders, and nominee bank account signatory, but the company providing the nominees will still know who you are and may be compelled to disclose your identity.
What's more common to do is set up company and bank account in countries with which your own country of residence does not have information exchange treaties, or at least set up bank account in such a country and use nominee directors and shareholders.
If you are using the right CSP located in the right country you don't even need to worry about the CSP knowing your identity since it would require a local court order which is difficult to obtain to force the corporate service provider to release this information to a authority only! No private organization or individual will ever be able to get the information about a owner of a company appointed with nominees.
