If you live in a 3rd world country and want to create stripe, you can either use launchese.com or ukltdformation.co.uk, they will setup a uk ltd plus bank account and verified stripe but they have different prices, I think the second one is cheaper, check them out.

If you´re resident of an unsupported country, then the only way you can use Stripe is by using Stripe Atlas.
