None of the mentioned countries are considered to be real offshore jurisdiction, actually UK and Gibraltar are more like onshore and Cyprus is a low tax jurisdiction.
Honestly there are not many real offshore countries left, but some of them are Belize, Seychelles, Panama, Costa Rica and the like...

Even if you say Cyprus is not a offshore jurisdiction then it still offers all what a offshore country has to offer or am I wrong? I mean you can register a Cyprus company offshore or...???
