what data OCT collects?

this made me wonder

if it's not a secret (I hope not) what data does OCT collect about its users?
due to the nature of discussed topics I would expect that the forum doesn't want to be put to a position having sensitive data any authorities might demand... I won't spend my time digging where is this forum hosted or whether it's a company or whatnot but would be interesting to know if there are any legal requirements?

most of the users here probably automatically use VPNs, proxies or hacked nodes but I'm curious whether IP addresses, browser data or TLS fingerprints are collected - by using CloudFlare it gets a bit tricky
