Filing with the registrar of companies the memorandum and Articles of Association of the company in the Greek language together along with the forms HE1, HE2, HE3, a copy of the approval of the Central Bank and the receipt for the payment of the registration duty.

I think three forms HE1, HE2, HE3 are required to be filled up while applying to the registering authority of Cyprus. Copy of approval from the Central Bank of Cyprus is also needed along with the above forms.
