US Swift payments

Anybody knows an EMI that can send and receive USD SWIFT payments (personal account, to my broker).
TW charges 1.6%, as SWIFT payments have to be done with an external card. Revolut is not an option. Checked on Bankera, but they do not offer USD accounts to EU citizens.
