Hi,

Any experience about how work the taxation with pass through us llc?

If fact as non resident the taxation will be done on the original country of residence as mentioned in EIN application.

Here am wondering if the IRS will ask for a proof of payment of taxes in the original residence country or not?

I read from some persons that may ask for it but I want to check with someone that experienced this.

Regards

If you don't have US source income you don't pay tax in USA. IRS doesn't care if you pay taxes in your country. But in legal way you should pay personal income tax in your country if they recognize LLC as partnership. If your country recognizes LLC as corporation you should pay corporate tax and probably dividend tax. The best option is to live in banana republic if you are owner of LLC.

What if - there is a separate physical address for the business (apart from the registered agent address) as required by many US based EMIs now, will it then be considered ETBUS?

I don't hiw yhis could be related to my initial question?
In fact my concerns is about tax filing with IRS. I just want to be sure that they will not ask me to show anything in my country residence.
Because they may ask that to try make all in taxation in the us if i didn't pay in may country of residence

In theory they can ask you about certificate of tax residence but chances that they ask is near zero. If you don't have US source of income they don't care.

you posted in the wrong forum that's why you get wrong answers.

You never know and no one can know if they ever will ask you for anything, it will depend on many factors.
