UK LLP with a corporate and private partner (non-resident)

Hi everyone,
first time poster here. The search on this topic returned no results so maybe I have it wrong, but my understanding is that a UK limited partnership with both partners (one individual and one EU company) being non-dom non-residents will be fully exempt from taxes? Can anyone confirm this?
Thanks

Is this not down to DTA’s between UK and the country of residence of Non-Dom?
I looked into it as currently in process of moving to Antigua and own a UK company.

My research led me to believe the company would still be subject to UK corp tax unless the Non-Dom was residence is a country with DTA and therefore the company is taxed locally.

As far as I have been advised, if the income is generated outside the UK, foreign sourced income will not be taxed in the UK, but rather in the country of partners' residence. If both partners are coming from a tax-free jurisdiction, the case is simple, no tax.
