You can give them any name and address for internal records because they can't check citizen records in other countries, although officially you're "supposed to" give your real name. But for filing the BOI with the state, they essentially provide a nominee service.

Because they will loose all the money and also need to pay extra fees in a chargeback/fraud case .

This undermines the whole purpose of being anonymous.

Formation company in question is Wyoming Registered Agent Services.

As mentioned it is for avoiding chargebacks.

However, you could simply have found a provider who accept crypto payment as payment method and you would have been fine not to send the passport.

Just to reiterate on what @Forester and @ilke have already said: that's not how it works. You're confusing BOI with state annual report and maybe getting an EIN. The latter two, a registered agent can do for you. The first would be a felony to file incorrectly.
