Hello folks,

We have a customer who sent us a transfer of 50K EUR through transferwise to our bank account (not wise account), the transfer was more than 15 days ago and we didn't receive it yet.
Wise confirms that the transfer is done and now in the receiving bank and our bank said we didn't receive it. We are in this situation for 15 days now.
Please has anyone here faced this problem before and how did he solve it? please any suggestions.

Thanks

Well most likely the sender didnt put in the correct bank details?

This is most likely on the sender or sender's bank. If the sender entered the correct details and if the sender completed the wire transfer, it might be held by the sender's bank for compliance review.

You can ask the sender's bank to do a SWIFT trace. If that shows the funds have been sent to Wise, show it to Wise.

The transfer was from Wise to another bank ( Wise is the sender) and wise confirms that the transfer is done

My bad, I misread.

The recommendation to request a SWIFT trace (SCT inquiry for SEPA) should still work, though. Ask Wise to do one. The support person you've spoken with previously might not have checked further than the transaction status in their backoffice.

Thanks i will ask the sender to ask WISE for that

While ago had pretty much same problem : funds sent from Wise to bank in 3rd world. Money not arrvied. Wise customer service did a great job by phone and by mail to track and solve the problem.
Couple months ago 2 Swift transfers bank to bank to the same recipient : first transfer completed in 24 hours. Second transfer "got lost". Sender bank sent all records about the transaction records and confirming all OK. Reciever bank got sent the records but couldn't find any clue. Much stress for sender and reicever. One morning, after more 2 weeks reciever confirmed good reception of funds !!!! ???
