Hi all,

I have read in many posts that the owner of an offshore company shouldn't receive money directly to his personal account, as this can lead the tax authorities to make the link and therefore he can be asked to pay taxes.

What happens with the opposite? Is it ok if he sends money to the account of his company? Or, the question is how do you put money in the offshore bank account?

Carrying cash and depositing is not good idea as banks might be very very reluctant to receive cash at the counter.

How do you do this?

Thank you very much

To send money to an offshore bank account should not be an issue, however, the tax man will ask questions as well even if it goes that way. You may do such transactions only from some sort of offshore comany to avoid any problems. Or transfer money for instant from a UK company to a Cyprus company and from there to an offshore account!
