First of all, they call it a license when it's actually just a company that's been incorporated. That alone is all the red flag you should need as a diligent investor.

But let's take a closer look at this company. Indeed, it is incorporated and appears in the UK Companies House. When you go to check who the UBO is, these people have put in Sky UK Limited as Person with Significant Control: Persons with significant control

What's Sky UK Limited, you ask? Let's see what Wikipedia has to say:
