Does anybody here know a site where I can fin and example for terms and conditions of an offshore business?


I am looking for it to see, how they are regualry written before I pay a lawyer to build me up for my own business.

You should make a search of the term Offshoe Company registration or offshore company formation in Google, that will find you the agencies available and you can find their terms often below the page.


If you have a lawyer available, I'm sure he can help you with what you need and also explain you the legal stuff of having an offshore company!


I'm still learning about this topic, as I read it the oportunities are many and it all comes down to who is registering the company and providing the advice around the process.
