I’m currently registered as an Individual Entrepreneur in Georgia under the Small Business regime, and in 2025, I will be a tax resident there. Most of my income comes from affiliate marketing for forex brokers, and my earnings are growing significantly.
Given that this could be considered a medium-high risk business, would you recommend switching to an LLC to limit liability? If so, what structure would you suggest? One option I’m considering is a Georgian LLC, which has a 0% tax rate if no dividends are distributed, but I’m open to other ideas.
Looking forward to your insights—thanks in advance!
