Hello,
I understand that if renewal fees for a Seychelles IBC are not paid on time, the company will be struck off the registry. After one year of being in struck-off status, the company is considered dissolved.
I have noticed that the Seychelles Gazette (Official Gazette Republic of Seychelles) publishes a list of companies struck off every week, but I have never seen a specific company in Seychelles whose renewal fees were not paid and should be in struck-off status.
How can this be possible? Maybe the Registered Agent has sold the IBC as an aged company to another customer?
Thank you.
