Someone had experience with company STARTUPR HK LTD? they have quite professional system and advanced features. but are they professional or just scammers with technology?

STARTUPR seems to be legit
anyway you can pay them via Paypal and request refund if something go wrong

Never dealt with them but you could always contact some of their previous clients that are listed on their web site and see what they say.

there are some bad reviews and good reviews. the good reviews people went to internet for one time and put their reviews. and for the bad reviews many people they have long history on the internet.
