Signed up with crypto.com how to get the debit card?

I signed up for crypto.com and choose the low budget card "blue card" but it still show pending, do I have to load my account with some money before they send the debit card?

A long time ago I ordered a red card, took 3 months to get it...
Stil worth the wait with all the perks

that's simply to long, I had a feeling that they are to big to be able to offer a good service. They may work like PayPal, to big to provide any valid service at all.
