Hello,
I am planning to create a Seychelles company, which will own a Hong Kong company.
Should I use a different OSP for each offshore company? It would be easier to use the same provider to create them both, but I am worried this is a risk.
For example, what if someone at the OSP sells my information? (I realize there are rules, etc.. but you never know.) If I use the same OSP, then my personal info would be revealed for the Seychelles and the HK company. Whereas if I use two different service providers to create the two different companies... perhaps I am better protected?
What do you think?
