Greetings from ex Yugoslavia,
so I've been a fan of PT and such since the 90's and after a couple of decades in more mainstream industries I'm now looking to launch a startup, a socio-economic digital platform/social experiment. It will have users globally except the US so I'm thinking Delaware and a business account with Revolut and/or some other neobank. Afaik there's no corporate tax and US corporate law is quite user friendly, convertible notes, preferred stock and such like. I hope I can find a good accountant here, possibly other services too.
The other situationship I have is an e-commerce I'm about to start in EU, nothing too original, Chinese junk from an EU warehouse to be sold online, and I'm also thinking a Delaware corp. with a neobank acct., am I missing something? How much will the accounting costs in US be and where to find a good accountant for such an operation?
