Seychelles, Mauritius, Cayman or else - Securities dealer License needed

Hello All!
Trust the upcoming second wave of Covid is not threating you or your close ones!

I have a client who is willing to purchase ready-made license for Securities dealing (he does online forex trading).
He has Seychelles, but the provider is not very willing to assist with the license support.

Would like to know if anyone has Seychelles, Mauritius, Cayman or any other jurisdiction READY-MADE license for SDL.
The issue is here is time - need to find it asap.
If anyone has the seller who is willing to sell such license or agent with the license in stock - please let me know!
