Seeking your feedback on which options to consider for a new Seychelles IBC. Have searched the forums & articles here (and on other sites) & would like to have some ideas prior to discussing with my legal rep.
The new business is software development services & selling software online for global clients; both for other companies and end-consumer as well.
So am considering a Seychelles SA or SARL (are these good choices for this type of business?) and will also be opening a Corporate Bank Account in Cyprus to go with new company & generating all Corporate Documents with apostle.
Wish to strike a strong balance between ease of use & privacy / protection; need global 24/7 access to funds, and prefer not have records pointing back to me too obviously, for my own protection.
For example, am US citizen & travel a lot; would prefer having the comfort of some protection.

- Do I need a Corporate nominee shareholder or director for this type of business? What is the advantage?
- Difference between private nominee director & corporate?
- Who will have General Power of Attorney if I do not select the additional option?
- Under what conditions would I want to pay extra for Preparation of Meeting Resolutions or letters & Signing of Legal documents?
