Payment processors want very detailed data about company and UBO. And when you are entering into contracts for various services you need to buy for your company (like phone service) or sell (like registering for marketplaces) you have to give up your personal data such as send your ID.

If you don't want all these companies to have your personal data, you could use nominee director. That can work for the services, but not for payment processor who ask for UBO.

You could pay someone an annual fee to create a separate business entity under their name and be the UBO of it and enter into contract with them to sell your services through them. But transfer pricing means you would lose a lot of money through that company, even if the person running that company would be happy with an annual fee to do it.

Would it work to create both business entities in the same 0 tax jurisdiction? Because whether company 1 or 2 keeps the profits it doesn't matter to that government because they don't tax it anyways so you could transfer all profits from the other entity to yours. Will that avoid transfer pricing problem?

But issue with that plan can be accepting payments online, because 0 tax jurisdictions like UAE are hard for new companies to get payment processing.

If you don't want to hide your identity from the government or your bank, but want to hide it from everyone else, what are ways to make it work?
