Send money from CEX to TransferWise?

Hello.
I have some crypto in Binance that I would like to exchange to fiat and transfer to Wise. I know Wise doesn't accept wires from Binance, but they will from EU/UK regulated exchanges. Someone knows what Exchanges comply to this rule? Kraken? Coibase? Gemini?
I've also created an Advcash account, I might transfer from Advcash to Wise just via wire? The fees in Advcash seem a bit high to me in general . I was also thinking of creating an Advcash virtual debit card and fund my Wise? possible? I'm not convinced at all about this anyway, kinda scared of some hidden fees when using the Advcash card.

In short, what is the fastest and cheapest way to have funds into Wise from an exchange? Thanks!

What is the need to send to Wise? Why not just send to somewhere that is crypto friendly? You can search forum for such EMI's or banks.

You can transfer GBP from the P2P market on Binance the rate is almost 1:1

EMI like Swisborg is working with WIse (tested - transfer took few hours), they have crypto echange inside portal too. There is 1 Euro for SEPA transfer.
