Seeking Bank account for Adult Affiliate Business that allows Swift Transfers

Hi Guys,


I am currently looking for a Banking solution for my UK Ltd , the company operates in the adult affiliate business all incoming transactions are
from the merchant provider, outgoing paying marketeers, staff etc. Volume is 700k per month. The problem I run into are Banks that can provide international
transfers outside the EU via Swift.

Any ideas?

Is your problem more the fact they dont like a lot of large Swift payments?

You have to look to incorporate in a jurisdiction which has less strict laws on adult businesses. Best is Luxembourg and Cyprus where "Mindgeek" with "Pornhub" is incorporated, too. For example, as far as i know, pornhub payouts are coming from Luxembourg or Cyprus. However Germany is also quite open for these businesses.
With 700k/month you should have the resources to pay for a proper incorporation in these countries and also fulfill the necessary (quite nasty) accounting requirements.
Online banks from these countries won't take you. You have to visit a retail branch in person to open an account for this kind of business. The background check will also be quite nasty as they require a lot more docs like for example a certificate of good conduct etc.

In Germany I can recommend "Postbank". Most local/online sex shops,prostitutes and German pornsites have their bank account at the German Postbank.

USA is also possible but indeed very very annoying.
I have a cam girl as client for who i incorporated in the US. It was a big pain in the a*s to get an account but Wells Fargo in Miami finally took her (no chance at BofA, USbank or Chase) and she doesn't have problems so far (3 years). However she only does like 10k/month and not 700k like you.

Call them, don't write emails and tell them that you want to visit in person to speak about everything and you don't have problems with an intense verification process. Ask if it may be possible and then incorporate in this jurisdiction.

Hi Thanks for your reply, so Cyprus banks are the most anal ever, the freeze your funds at will and make up half the stuff as they go, I speak from experience. Just because they incorporate there doesn't mean that they bank there, since there financial crisis things have been awful.


Yes indeed Germany is a good jurisdiction for this type of business, the problem is I am somewhat stuck because of Covid pandemic so I cant really move and sign stuff or even go to a branch.

Yes most Iban providers dont do swift and I have to sign international transfers mainly asia.

I recommend you take a look at TrustPay. They offer both banking and merchant accounts for the adult industri. I know they already work with some doing the same as you and even in larger volumes.
