Seasonal Trends

In my business I have always seen an increase of traffic over the winter months, my belief is that people in northern regions spend more time indoors and on the net. This tends to be my peak time, last year however my traffic remain constant but my ROI actually dropped, this year I am wondering if it maybe lower. Anyone else notice a similar trend and have a plan for this year?
