Scaling remote teams

Hey everyone,

I am currently have a small team working for my company. My company is active in the AI / online marketing industry. This are all remote workers. I want to scale my business. Scaling to more GEOs. Now I am looking for good podcats, YouTube channels, books, speakers about this topic. Specific about scaling/managing remote teams by hiring managers, ect.

I have some experience in running small teams but not with managers in between.

Anybody have suggestions for valuable content?
