Save on taxes for a citizen of a country with worldwide tax system

I feel that I'm paying too much taxes to Indonesian taxmen :) The Govt, as you know, is adopting US-like worldwide income tax policies (unless I live at another countries for at least 183 days a year). My income is 100% outside Indonesia, mainly the US and UK. And I use Paypal for 99% of my transaction. I'm a freelancer in the eyes of the laws.

Now, I understand that I may be able to open an account in Cyprus, etc. but I would still need to open a bank account or create a company that would work well with Paypal, as they validate PoA, billing statement address, etc. Setting up a company offshore comes to my mind.

Any suggestions on how I can do this effectively?
