We are closing Ferratum Mobile Bank app on 22nd of June, 2020.
We are building a new mobile app which will be available in selected markets in 2020. Due to the ongoing development of the new app, Ferratum Bank will no longer offer banking services with the current Mobile Bank app starting from 22nd of June, 2020.
Unfortunately, this means that on 22nd of June, 2020 your Ferratum
Bank account will be closed and you will no longer have access to your account.
To move your funds and save bank statements, please take the following steps:
Transfer your funds from your Ferratum mobile bank account to another bank account in your name. Transfer out all your remaining funds as from 22nd of June, 2020 the app and access to funds will no longer be available.
Download your bank statements, they are available in-app for you to download

Term deposit, savings account and your Ferratum Bank Mastercard

As per today, it is not possible to open any new fixed term deposit or savings account.
By 1st of June 2020 the fixed term deposits and savings accounts that you may have opened with us, will be closed and all the available balances will be transferred to your main Ferratum Bank account. Remember that your available bank account balance needs to be transferred out of your Ferratum Bank account to another bank account in your name.
If your fixed term deposit will terminate earlier than the agreed term, the deposit will be considered as matured and the accrued interest will be paid to you.
Interests accrued on your savings accounts will be credited to your main Ferratum Bank account by 1st of June 2020.
All physical and virtual debit cards will stop working on the 1st of June 2020.
