Google "sand mining in Guyana" to understand the potential.
The site is located just 10km from the country's main international airport (2200m paved runway with customs).
I have local guys who will be part of the project.

I guess you would need permits to form a mine and also machinery to extract the sand.

The land is in Guyana, South America, not Cambodia
