Same opportunity to enter the USA like in the UK ?

I was researching a little to enter the UK with wife, and two children under the age of 18. After talk forth and back with some immigration lawyers in the UK they wold me the following:

If you would still like to send your step-children to a UK school as international students, we would need to apply for Student visas for them. Under this route, due to their age, there is no provision for you or your fiancée to join them as parents.

Now I got curious and it came to my mind if that would be the same possible way to relocate to the USA if I would like to do that? Anyone know that?
