I'm not saying that's necessarily a bad thing. My reasoning behind that statement is that if his business is deeply involved in the West (USA, EU, UK, etc.), he might want to reconsider. If the EMI in question goes under, he and other account holders could face significant losses. They understand that in today's world, true partnerships help most businesses excel and navigate hardships imposed by those who do not wish these relationships to prosper.
