Hi guys -

I thought of renting a virtual office with regus and subscribe to a cellphone contract with the regus addres.

Today most companies/institution asking for utility bill accept cell phone bills. Then - technically I could give the phone bill with the regus address written on it to open a bank account, right ?

Anyone ever tried this ? Anything I don’t think about that could be a problem ?

Thx

Some will accept it, some will not.

The addresses of Regus and similar virtual office providers are known to financial institutions. They see them a lot. You may be asked to show a long-term lease, to prove you aren't just renting a conference room for a day.

Cell phone bills are sometimes not accepted. It's considered insufficient proof of physical ties to one specific place, due to the mobile nature of the service. Landline or wired internet connection work better.
