there was an offshore agent posting on this forum from an offshore bank called cksa located in brazil, would anyone happen to know if that offshore bank is real or an online scam? are they a legitimate offshore bank? one of their agents has posted here before but i dont remember his name completely. i think his name is filipe. should i do business with this bank or keep away from them? can someone please give me advice? rsvp. thank you.
